Design and deploy custom Workfront workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, and KPI driven reports to support diverse business processes. Build and maintain complex Fusion scenarios that automate approvals, notifications, and data pipelines across multiple enterprise systems. Administer the full Workfront environment (users, roles, permissions, blueprints, templates, governance, license management) and ensure stability, compliance, and performance. Collaborate with PMs, business owners, engineering, and IT on requirements, solution design, documentation, training, and change management. Continuously optimize workflows and identify new automation opportunities that support broader operational transformation initiatives Professional & Technical Skills: - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field 5+ years hands on Workfront design, development, and administration experience. Adobe Workfront/Fusion certification and strong expertise in building, debugging, and maintaining complex Fusion integrations. Deep knowledge of Workfront admin (users, groups, roles, permissions, templates, reporting, governance) plus experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
