As a Configuration and Data Management Analyst Level 3 or Level 4 your role at Dulles, VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Ready to join forces with our visionary team? Selected candidate plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met. Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes. Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. Your Role and Impact: Support program start-up planning, staff onboarding/offboarding tracker, and management of signature authorization list Evaluate Configuration and Data Management (CDM) contractual requirements and ensure alignment with company standards. Develop, implement, and maintain CM/DM Plans throughout the lifecycle of the program Setup program configuration and data management environments, program templates. Support documentation tree development and maintenance. Enter new Parts and maintain BOMs in CM tool Ensure all components and documents are clearly identified and controlled. Manage changes to configuration items through a formal change control process. Ensure physical and functional configurations match their documentation Establish and maintain the configuration baseline and implement Configuration Control Board (CCB), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Trouble Reports (TRs), and Drawing Revision Notices (DRNs) approved changes. Conduct document peer reviews of unclassified and classified internal and deliverable material Conduct configuration audits to verify compliance with documented requirements. Reviews engineering documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to determine documentation and material requirements, ensure compliance with engineering specifications, and to ensure engineering orders reflect latest requirements Serve as an advocate for the program; coordinate and deliver Contract / Supplier Delivery

Assist in implementing innovative concepts to streamline processes, maintain quality, and boost efficiency. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
