Met Smart. bouwen we aan een modulair SaaS-platform waarmee klanten hun voorraad, bestellingen en bedrijfsprocessen slimmer organiseren. Je start met Smart.order, onze oplossing voor voorraad- en bestelbeheer. Op de roadmap staan daarnaast modules voor onder meer hygiënebeheer, personeelsplanning en rapportages. Als Product & Application Owner ben je bij aanvang functioneel eigenaar van Smart.order en groei je mee met de verdere ontwikkeling van het Smart-platform. Je lost complexe problemen structureel op, vertaalt klantfeedback naar verbeteringen en zorgt dat nieuwe functionaliteiten goed worden getest en geïmplementeerd. Je schakelt tussen klanten, Sales, Operations, IT, onze EMEA-organisatie en ontwikkelpartner Opti. De ene dag analyseer je een incident in de keten tussen ERP en Smart.order, de andere dag werk je aan requirements, tests of de volgende stap op de roadmap. Wie zijn wij? Henry Schein is een internationale leverancier van apparatuur, verbruiksmaterialen en diensten voor professionals in de tandheelkundige en medische sector. Je wordt onderdeel van Customer Operations BeNeLux en rapporteert aan de Manager Operations BeNeLux. Je geeft geen hiërarchisch leiding, maar wel functionele richting aan key users, eerstelijnssupport en betrokken test- en projectgroepen. Wat ga je doen? Functioneel eigenaar zijn van Smart.order en de toegewezen Smart-modules. De werking, inrichting en aansluiting op klant- en bedrijfsprocessen bewaken. Complexe functionele vragen en incidenten behandelen als tweedelijnssupport en technische problemen coördineren richting EMEA, Opti of IT. Terugkerende problemen analyseren en zorgen voor structurele oplossingen, documentatie en kennisoverdracht. Klantfeedback, gebruikersdata en tickettrends vertalen naar requirements, ontwikkeltickets en acceptatiecriteria. De dagelijkse BeNeLux-backlog zelfstandig beheren en prioriteren binnen de vastgestelde productdoelen. Roadmapinput en businesscases voorbereiden met de Manager Operations BeNeLux en de EMEA Product Owner. Functionele tests, UAT, regressietests en end-to-endketentests opstellen en coördineren. Changes, releases, pilots, klantimplementaties en de introductie van nieuwe modules begeleiden. Gebruik en adoptie stimuleren en acties richting EMEA, Opti en implementatiepartners bewaken. Wat breng je mee? Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau. Circa drie tot vijf jaar ervaring in functioneel applicatiebeheer, product ownership, businessanalyse of platformmanagement. Ervaring met SaaS-platformen, requirements, backlogmanagement en functioneel testen. Inzicht in ERP-integraties, datastromen en order-, voorraad- of rapportageprocessen. Je neemt eigenaarschap, werkt analytisch en denkt in schaalbare oplossingen. Je stelt prioriteiten, krijgt stakeholders mee en communiceert helder. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Wat krijg je van ons? Henry Schein combineert de slagkracht van een internationale organisatie met ruimte om binnen de BeNeLux zelfstandig te verbeteren en te vernieuwen. Een salaris tussen € 4.400 en € 5.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. 33 vrije dagen: 25 vakantiedagen en 8 ATV-dagen. Een jaarlijkse bonus van maximaal één maandsalaris. Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, een pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding. Lease a Bike zodra je vast in dienst bent.
