Job Description Summary
Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

- Supervise and coordinate all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Monitor daily site activities, ensuring work progress aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction teams.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on structural and architectural elements to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical and operational issues.
