The role also involves supporting hiring activities, maintaining HR records, and ensuring process compliance. Candidate Joining & Onboarding Support Coordinate with candidates before the joining date sharing a pre joining email. Share the list of required joining documents. Verify joining documents for completeness. Coordinate with GEEC to support employee documentation and personnel file creation. Coordinate ID cards, access cards, and system-related requests. Coordinate with the stakeholder for the respective department induction for new joiners. Support hiring as when required Payroll & Attendance Support Share LOP & leave deduction intimation/communication to applicable employees. Verify overtime (OT) data in line with the HRMS. Verify extended working hours data against policy. Check and track travel reimbursement sheets against policy. Collation of Mobile/Internet reimbursement.
