Startdatum: ab sofort Das erwartet dich: Verantwortung für den gesamten End-to-End Recruiting-Prozess in diversen Unternehmensbereichen Aktive Mitgestaltung des Teamaufbaus für das neue Lindt World of Chocolate im Kursalon Wien sowie weiterer spannender Recruiting-Initiativen Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten zur Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke über verschiedene Kanäle (Strategie, Konzeption & Umsetzung) Unterstützung bei ausgewählten Entwicklungs- und Trainingsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte (Talent Development) Mitarbeit bzw.
