This position reports to: IS Manager __ IS Technology Specialist / Focus SAP (f/m/d) The work model for the role is: hybrid/ #LI-Hybrid Key responsibilities In this role, you will support the business across multiple areas by applying advanced SAP expertise and a strong understanding of business processes to analyze, optimize, and support end-to-end operations. As a key SAP expert, you will contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to increase process efficiency and drive business performance. You will be mainly accountable for: Creation, evaluation, tracking, and testing of SAP requirements and change requests. First point of contact for SAP key users, including the delivery of training sessions and knowledge transfer when required. Providing daily SAP support to employees across the company, including ticket handling, issue analysis, and problem resolution. Contributing to SAP projects and supporting the smooth implementation of system changes and new functionalities. Analyzing and optimizing business processes in close collaboration with SAP key users and business departments. Configuring, installing, and supporting hardware components such as label printers and barcode scanners.

Qualifications

for the role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in this area of responsibility.

Experience

in production planning/preparation, manufacturing, or a comparable industrial environment. Basic to advanced knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, WM, EWM, and GRC.

Experience

in SAP support, user administration, and role management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Fluent German language skills and good command of English.
