Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite Manager, Service Delivery - JD Edwards ERP will lead ERP application support and service delivery across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA) region. This role will ensure stable operations, strong stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of JD Edwards services supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and finance operations. What you will do Own end-to-end service delivery for JD Edwards ERP across EEMEA. Drive SLA performance, system availability, incident management, and service improvements. Partner with business leaders to align IT services with operational needs. Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery excellence. Lead problem management and root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues. Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Lead and develop internal and external support teams. What you need Required: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field. 8+ years of enterprise application support experience. 5+ years of service delivery or support management experience. Strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne expertise.
Experience
