About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Payments Transformation Control Tower Team within the Global Payments & Liquidity, Platform organization. This role operates as part of a centralized program management function, driving execution of large‑scale business initiatives in support of Wells Fargo’s strategic priorities. The Lead Business Execution Consultant is responsible for establishing and leading critical governance processes, operational routines and execution discipline across Wells Fargo’s payments platform transformation program. The role serves as a central coordinator across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure priorities, dependencies, risks, and commitments are effectively managed and communicated across the program and to senior leadership. This position will focus on leading key program forums, developing executive-level reporting, and partnering with dependent teams to drive accountability, transparency, collaboration and execution against business priorities and delivery commitments. In this role, you will: Drive governance processes, operating routines, and execution activities across the Payments Platform Transformation program, leading program status reporting and ensuring cross-functional alignment against strategic objectives. Lead partner application engagement and intake management, coordinating with key stakeholders to support delivery readiness, issue resolution, and management of cross-functional dependencies. Develop and deliver executive and program-level reporting that provides clear, actionable insights, strengthens accountability, and enables informed decision-making across Product, Operations, and Technology teams. Establish and enhance program operating models and governance routines to improve transparency, accountability, collaboration and execution against program objectives. Monitor program health, key milestones, dependencies, and emerging risks to proactively identify challenges, inform integrated planning, and drive delivery outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by synthesizing complex information, communicating progress and challenges, and helping shape program priorities and strategic decisions. Required

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired

Knowledge and/or experience with end‑to‑end payments lifecycles and platforms
Experience
supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint development and executive‑ready storytelling Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail. Ability to synthesize complex inputs from diverse stakeholders into clear actions and recommendations. Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $119,000.00 - $224,000.00
