Work Flexibility: Onsite What You Will Do Drive portfolio growth by supporting brand strategy development, execution of marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, and portfolio expansion activities. Support annual and long-range brand planning aligned with global business objectives to deliver revenue growth, profitability, and market share targets. Develop and deploy scalable marketing assets, campaigns, tools, and best practices that can be effectively localized across markets. Identify and execute internal and external education opportunities that enhance brand awareness, customer experience, and overall brand value. Partner closely with local marketing, sales teams, education managers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen customer relationships and engagement. Collaborate with divisional, portfolio, and local marketing teams to create annual marketing plans and build a strategic 3-5 year portfolio roadmap. Support product lifecycle management activities including demand forecasting, new product launches, portfolio expansion, and product phase-out initiatives in partnership with supply chain and country leadership. Analyze business performance, market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support portfolio development strategies. Contribute to the design and execution of customer-facing events, congresses, workshops, facility tours, medical education programs, and internal training initiatives while supporting brand positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies. What You Need MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or brand/marketing management roles. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate insights into business actions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong presentation and communication skills. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
