Producer / Content Manager Internal Communications About the Role The Production Manager / Content Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of content and multimedia assets across our client's internal communication channels. Acting as the operational backbone of the team, the role manages production workflows, coordinates assets, ensures technical quality and supports the efficient publication of content across internal platforms, while also doing small edits on their own. Production & Workflow Management · Manage end-to-end content production workflows · Coordinate all asset requests and production schedules · Monitor deadlines, approvals and deliverables · Ensure smooth collaboration between all project stakeholders · Manage production priorities and resource allocation Content Operations & Publishing · Support publication processes across our client's internal channels · Ensure platform readiness of all assets · Coordinate content uploads and publishing workflows · Maintain content standards and governance processes Quality Assurance & Technical Delivery · Review all assets for technical accuracy and compliance · Ensure correct formats, resolutions, subtitles and metadata · Validate compatibility with our client platform requirements · Act as final quality gate before publication Asset Management & Archive Research · Research and source content from our client's archives and media libraries · Organize and manage digital assets · Coordinate asset usage, availability and rights management · Support efficient content management processes Production Coordination · Coordinate designers, editors, production partners and freelancers · Manage feedback and approval rounds · Support video productions and content adaptations · Ensure efficient communication across all parties involved
Qualifications
· 3–6 years of experience in producing (ideally post-production management), content management or digital operations ·
Experience
