Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a dependable, patient-focused Clinic/Practice Assistant to support operations at South Shore Endoscopy Center in Braintree, MA. This role is an important part of the patient experience and helps ensure that patients, providers, and care teams receive timely, accurate, and professional administrative support throughout the scheduling, registration, check-in, check-out, and follow-up process. About South Shore Endoscopy Center South Shore Endoscopy Center provides outpatient endoscopy services in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while supporting efficient procedural workflows, clear communication, and a positive experience for every patient and family member. Schedule and Location This is a per diem hybrid position based at South Shore Endoscopy Center, 659 Washington Street, Braintree, MA. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In this role, you will help fill staffing gaps caused by call-outs, vacations, leaves, and vacancies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. One to two years of customer service experience required. Prior medical office, ambulatory care, procedural, scheduling, or patient access experience preferred.

Experience

with electronic medical record, registration, scheduling, or billing systems preferred; Epic experience is a plus. Strong computer skills and comfort using Microsoft Office and standard office technology.

Pay Range
