Role Responsibilities: Manage and maintain factory facilities and utilities systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities and utility equipment. Support new facilities and utilities installation, improvement, and commissioning projects. Troubleshoot utilities/facilities issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards for plant facilities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors/service providers for maintenance and repairs. Maintain technical records, PM plans, service reports, and spare parts/asset documentation. Role Purpose: Support continuous production through reliable facilities and utilities operations. Enable safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations. Improve asset reliability and maintainability through systematic maintenance and upgrades. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in plant engineering, facilities, or utilities management. Knowledge of industrial utilities systems and maintenance practices. Basic understanding of EHS and statutory compliance requirements.
