Key

Responsibilities

1. Project Management Office (PMO) Strategic Project Management Lead and coordinate Supply Chain strategic projects across Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, Warehousing, and Continuous Improvement. Establish project governance frameworks, project tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms. Develop project charters, implementation plans, milestones, risk registers, and stakeholder communication plans. Monitor project progress and ensure timely escalation of risks and issues. Drive accountability and follow-up of project deliverables across functional teams. Support post-implementation reviews and benefit realization assessments. Portfolio Management Maintain the Supply Chain project portfolio and strategic initiative roadmap. Prioritize projects based on business value, resources, and strategic alignment. Monitor project financials, resource allocation, and implementation timelines. Prepare project status reports for senior management reviews. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and supply chain performance. Support Lean, Six Sigma, digitalization, and automation initiatives. Facilitate best-practice sharing across business units and regions. 2. Executive Support to VP Supply Chain Executive Administration Manage and prioritize the VP Supply Chain's calendar and meeting schedules. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Organize leadership meetings, executive reviews, conferences, and team events. Prepare meeting agendas and briefing materials. Record and distribute meeting minutes and action trackers. Executive Communication Draft and review executive communications, presentations, announcements, and reports. Support preparation of leadership presentations for Board, Regional Leadership Team, and Management Meetings. Coordinate communication between the VP and key stakeholders across regions and functions. Ensure timely follow-up on action items and strategic decisions. Business Planning Support Coordinate annual budgeting, strategic planning, and business review processes. Consolidate inputs from functional leaders and prepare executive summaries. Support monthly and quarterly business performance reviews. 3. Performance Management & Reporting Track Supply Chain KPI dashboards and scorecards. Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators. Consolidate reports from Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Inventory, and Operations teams. Provide management insights and recommendations to leadership. Support preparation of monthly operational and financial review reports. Key metrics may include: OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) Inventory Turns Working Capital Logistics Cost Procurement Savings Safety Performance Customer Service Levels 4. Governance & Stakeholder Management Coordinate governance reviews and leadership meetings. Drive action tracking and accountability across functional teams. Serve as liaison between Supply Chain leadership and other departments. Support compliance with internal policies and project governance standards. Ensure proper documentation and record management. 5. Special Projects Support acquisitions, integrations, network optimization, and transformation initiatives. Conduct business case analyses and project feasibility assessments. Lead strategic assignments delegated by the VP Supply Chain. Represent the VP Supply Chain in designated meetings and projects when required.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline. MBA is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.

Experience

working closely with senior executives or leadership teams.

Experience

managing cross-functional and regional projects. Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools. SAP or ERP experience preferred. Project Management software experience (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.).
