About the department: The Portfolio Administration team delivers operational support for institutional, sub-advised, high-net-worth separate accounts, and retail products managed by Franklin Templeton. The team resolves operational issues, provides accounting and reporting services, and delivers accurate account information to internal and external partners. By working closely with stakeholders across the business, the team helps ensure efficient operations and a high-quality client experience. How you will add value? Own assigned institutional separate account portfolios and retail products on behalf of Franklin Templeton Services (FTS). Proactively troubleshoot and resolve queries, tracking issues to completion in collaboration with key global groups and stakeholders. Support the NBS and Events teams on CS-related matters, including onboarding, restructuring, transition activities, and custodian-change meetings. Develop solutions and assist in the design of complex or customized reports and procedures as requested. Develop and maintain strong operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver high-quality, seamless client service to internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, institutional clients, Portfolio Management, Trading, and Performance teams. Education

& Certifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.

Experience

within the investment management industry.

Experience

supporting listed and over-the-counter instruments. Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence tools.

Experience

with process automation initiatives. Familiarity with Aladdin, Structured Query Language, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Automate. Soft Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization and prioritization abilities. Ability to work effectively across time zones. Adaptability and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
