Maintenance Technician II We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform and coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of facilities and grounds. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and complete facility repairs and maintenance. Perform basic electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, painting, assembly, and general repair work. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance. Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely. Coordinate repairs with vendors and outside contractors. Obtain vendor bids and assist with purchasing materials and supplies. Communicate maintenance issues and safety concerns to management. Support facility projects and work with management on schedules and priorities. Assist with snow removal, debris cleanup, and other weather-related maintenance. Provide guidance to vendors and assist with training new maintenance and custodial employees. Participate in safety initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience required.
Experience
with general facility maintenance and preventive maintenance. Ability to read instructions and complete basic written documentation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Valid driver's license required. `
