In this role, you will support training operations, learning systems administration, and onboarding activities that enable a high-quality learning experience across the organization. What You Will Do Administer daily training operations and maintain learning management system (LMS) data, content, and training records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities, learner orientation sessions, and routine training events. Execute approved training assignments and learning plans within the LMS as part of quality and business process changes. Monitor training content updates, coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders, and implement retraining decisions when required. Manage support requests and system transactions, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of training-related issues. Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business and compliance objectives. Support audits and inspections by providing training records, qualification evidence, and related documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause investigations, and process enhancement activities to improve training effectiveness and operational efficiency. What You Will Need Required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 1 year of experience supporting training administration, learning management systems, employee development programs, or related operational processes. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training administration platforms. Knowledge of quality management systems and regulated environments. Exposure to regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 13485, or 21 CFR Part 820.
Experience
supporting audits, inspections, or training compliance activities. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.
