Responsibilities

Provide quality assurance of worksheet data, adjusting where necessary in accordance with the PMO Assist in analyzing and maintaining project-related data used for reporting and tracking Manage master data including creation, compilation, updates, and deletion Manage project data in PMWeb and project creations, then update and train staff, as required Work in Excel to clean, organize, validate, and analyze data using pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, formulas, and related tools Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

and Core Competencies: Enrolled in a CUNY school with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor’s degree in a data or technical major Strong attention to detail and comfort in working on large datasets and the ability to present information clearly and accurately Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience

with Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools Excellent writing, interpersonal skills, customer service, and presentation skills Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, changing needs, and shifting priorities Detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently

Pay Range

$17.50 per hour RFCUNY

These functions include legal assessment and signing of agreements where RFCUNY is named as a fiscal agent; setting up award accounts; preparing sub-awards and assisting PIs in monitoring the work of the recipients of sub-awards; supporting project directors with hiring and managing research project and sponsored program staff; supporting the purchasing and paying for goods and services with grant and program funds; managing financial aspects of projects including accounts receivable, financial reporting, invoicing, budget monitoring, and cost compliance with uniform guidance; ensuring that sponsor financial requirements are met; monitoring compliance with applicable project and financial management rules and laws; supporting the management of independent and external audits and financial reviews; and providing data, information, management expertise, and other supports to CUNY’s research and sponsored programs.
