Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions, including network architecture, server configurations, storage systems, and virtualization technologies, as well as the platforms that support end-user computing. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented environment. Lead collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions. Lead sessions with cross-functional teams to review performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization of infrastructure and endpoint services to ensure high availability, performance, and user productivity. Implement and maintain security measures to protect infrastructure systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities, including device- and endpoint-level controls, compliance, and identity integration. Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure services (such as Microsoft Azure or AWS) to ensure cost-effectiveness, scalability, and performance. Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes using industry-standard tools and infrastructure-as-code practices. Lead collaborative sessions with DevOps and operations teams to integrate automation practices and ensure seamless deployment and continuous integration. Partner with service management and operations teams on incident, request, asset, and change workflows to support consistent service delivery and SLA adherence. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices — including automation and AI-enabled productivity tools — and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and the end-user experience. Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization’s vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience. Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
Experience
5+ years of relevant and practical experience in infrastructure management, network administration, or system engineering. Certification(s): Any relevant IT certification preferred. Required Skills Proficiency in scripting languages. Extensive experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V. Thorough knowledge of security protocols and best practices.

Experience
with one or more endpoint management platforms, such as Microsoft Intune (MDM), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), or Autopilot.
Experience
supporting Windows client operating systems, Windows 365, and/or the Microsoft 365 application suite. Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) and endpoint automation capabilities.
Experience
working within an ITSM platform, such as ServiceNow, for incident, request, asset, or change management. Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and device and identity management.
Experience
with enterprise hardware platforms and lifecycle management tools, such as Dell.
Experience
managing cloud-based services within the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Leadership and Soft Skills Mentoring: Mentoring and coaching of junior and mid-level engineers.
