At a Glance We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Accountant, Consolidations & Intercompany Accounting to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role is responsible for supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes through the preparation of consolidated financial statements, execution of intercompany eliminations, reconciliation of intercompany balances, and continuous improvement of accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, exceptional analytical skills, and experience working in a complex, multi-entity environment. This individual will serve as a key contributor in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial reporting while driving efficiencies and standardization across accounting processes. Location: Tulsa, OK Work Type: In-Office #LI-On-Site What You Will Do Consolidations & Financial Reporting Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations of domestic and international entities. Perform intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist in the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules. Support external and internal reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely financial information. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies. Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliations Manage the monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts across multiple legal entities. Monitor and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure proper recording and timely settlement. Investigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies by partnering with global accounting and operational teams. Maintain accurate documentation supporting intercompany balances and elimination entries. Coordinate and track intercompany funding, settlements, and related accounting activities. Process Development & Continuous Improvement Design, document, and implement standardized accounting processes and procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Identify opportunities to automate manual accounting activities and streamline close processes. Develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and desktop procedures to strengthen organizational knowledge and cross-functional alignment. Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and process optimization initiatives related to financial reporting and consolidations. Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance data quality, reduce risk, and improve reporting accuracy. Month-End & Year-End Close Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting analyses. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with a focus on consolidations and intercompany accounting. Ensure close deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Assist with financial statement audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests. Internal Controls & Collaboration Support and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting. Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes. Provide guidance and recommendations related to consolidation and intercompany accounting matters. Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning. What You Need Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Required Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, or intercompany accounting. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.

with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.

CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA licensure.
