You will lead strategic collaborations from concept to market while creating opportunities to translate cultural inspiration into future collections, franchises, and product initiatives. By balancing flawless execution with a test-and-learn mindset, you will help build brand energy today while inspiring the mainline portfolio of tomorrow. How You Will Make a Difference Collaboration Management Lead the end-to-end execution of all collaboration projects, from concept through market launch. Identify and recommend commercial collaboration opportunities that drive business growth and brand relevance. Partner closely with Marketing, who leads the selection, launch strategy and calendar of elevated collaborations, by assessing feasibility and leading their execution from concept to market. Act as the central project lead across partners, creative collectives, design, development, merchandising, planning, marketing, legal, finance, sales, operations, and go-to-market teams. Develop product briefs together with partners, design, and development teams, balancing partner vision, consumer relevance, and commercial objectives. Own project planning and execution, including contracts, territories, timelines, development briefings, budgets, launch readiness, and milestone management. Coordinate commercial deliverables, including business planning, account lists, price lists, buy timing, sales tools, royalty reporting, and sell-off tracking. Partner with Merchandising, who owns assortment planning, commercial assortment selection, segmentation, distribution planning, and commercial terms, while ensuring seamless execution of every collaboration. Monitor collaboration performance and recommend future partnership opportunities. Culture Innovation Lead culture-driven product initiatives that strengthen the Eastpak brand beyond traditional collaborations. Build and manage relationships with cultural partners, creators, and VF design collectives to continuously bring fresh inspiration into the brand. Translate collaboration learnings, cultural insights, and emerging trends into opportunities for future collections, franchises, apparel initiatives, and product concepts. Create and lead test-and-learn pilots that explore new ideas and identify concepts with potential to scale into the mainline portfolio. Share external inspiration and cultural insights with product, design, and merchandising teams to influence future product direction and keep the portfolio culturally relevant. Skills for Success 7+ years of experience in merchandising, product management, collaborations, partnerships, product innovation, or related fields. Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to market launch. Strong understanding of consumer trends, cultural movements, and lifestyle brands. Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills. Strong understanding of product creation, merchandising, and go-to-market processes. Experience managing fashion, lifestyle, or brand collaborations. Ability to translate cultural insights and partnerships into product opportunities. Strong balance of creative thinking and operational execution. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working across multiple functions and external partners. Able to operate in both strategic and hands-on environments. A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, Product Management, Design, Innovation are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
