Job Description: *English version below* Über den Bereich Das Chief Sustainability Office (CSO) ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie der Bank sowie deren Umsetzung über alle Geschäftsbereiche, Infrastruktureinheiten und Regionen hinweg. Seine Hauptaufgabe ist es, den strategischen Rahmen zu definieren, nachhaltige Finanzaktivitäten zu koordinieren, ESG-Standards festzulegen sowie die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie Offenlegungspflichten zu überwachen. Das CSO gliedert sich in vier spezialisierte Teams: Sustainability Intelligence, Strategy, Data & Execution, Sustainable Finance & Governance sowie Transparency & Stakeholder Engagement. Die ausgeschriebene Position ist im Team Strategy, Data & Execution angesiedelt und wird befristet als Elternzeit-Vertretung ausgeschrieben. Das Sustainability Strategy Execution Team verantwortet die Umsetzung und Operationalisierung der konzernweiten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie. Es koordiniert strategische Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen über Geschäftsbereiche und Infrastrukturfunktionen hinweg, überwacht die Zielerreichung und unterstützt die Integration von Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen in Prozesse, Governance und Geschäftstätigkeit. Deine Aufgaben Als Sustainability Strategy Execution Lead: wirkst du an der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie der Bank sowie den zugehörigen Nachhaltigkeitszielen mit arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich an strategischen Nachhaltigkeitsthemen über Geschäftsbereiche und Infrastrukturfunktionen hinweg und übernimmst Verantwortung für deren Steuerung einschließlich Fortschrittskontrolle, Risikomanagement und Berichterstattung an relevante Governance- und Steuerungsgremien führst du bedarfsgerechte Wettbewerbsanalysen im Rahmen deiner verantworteten (Teil) Projekte durch und trägst so zur Weiterentwicklung des Nachhaltigkeitswissens im Bereich bei bereitest du Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Management-Präsentationen sowie Unterlagen für interne Governance- und Steuerungsgremien vor wirkst du an der Erstellung externer Berichte und Mitteilungen zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen mit Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Strategie, Transformation, Consulting oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Finanzsektor du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltwissenschaften, Finanzwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich du bist eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hervorragenden analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufarbeiten sowie mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig steuern und eigenverantwortlich vorantreiben du arbeitest sehr gerne im Team und deine ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch erleichtern dir die Arbeit in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld du bist konfliktfähig und überzeugst andere gerne von deinen Ideen und Lösungsansätzen Was wir Ihnen bieten Wir bieten eine breite Palette von Leistungen, die all Ihre beruflichen und persönlichen Bedürfnisse abdecken. As a Sustainability Strategy Execution Lead, you will: Contribute to the implementation and further development of the Bank’s Group-wide sustainability strategy and related sustainability targets Independently manage strategic sustainability topics across business divisions and infrastructure functions, taking responsibility for governance, progress monitoring, risk management, and reporting to relevant governance and steering committees Conduct targeted peer benchmarking and market analyses as part of the projects and workstreams under your responsibility, thereby contributing to the continuous development of sustainability expertise within the department Prepare decision-making materials, management presentations, and documentation for internal governance and steering committees Support the preparation of external sustainability-related reports and communications Your Skills and
Experience
