This role will leverage Cornerstone, AI-powered coaching tools, modern instructional design, and analytics to enhance sales readiness, accelerate onboarding, and measure business impact. The ideal candidate will bring a forward-thinking approach to building a modern learning ecosystem that connects technology, AI, learning, and sales performance. What you will do Develop and support sales education programs, training, and learning content aligned with business and sales strategies. Apply strong product, procedural, and competitive market knowledge to create relevant and impactful education. Incorporate HCP insights and stakeholder input into the development of educational content and programs. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual sales education courses and programs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Education, Product Marketing, Sales Training, Marketing Communications, and other key stakeholders. Identify and leverage the most effective communication channels, platforms, and messaging to support learning and engagement. Establish measurement and tracking strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future improvements. Contribute to strategic planning, Sales

Experience
with Cornerstone (or similar enterprise LMS such as SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Docebo, or Absorb)
Experience
implementing or managing AI-enabled sales coaching/role-play platforms (Second Nature, Quantified, Hyperbound, PitchMonster, Yoodli, etc.)

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
