Job description

About the Job

At Pilothouse, Strategy Account Coordinators are the operational force behind our Client Strategy team.

This role is the launch point into a career in e-commerce strategy. You'll work alongside Senior Strategists to help manage a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands, keeping client initiatives organized, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed with excellence.

You'll gain exposure to every aspect of performance marketing while learning how high-growth ecommerce brands scale across Meta, TikTok, Google, Email, CRO, Creative, Analytics, and Amazon.

Success in this role comes from staying organized, anticipating what's needed next, and helping teams execute without friction.

What You'll Do

  • Support Senior Strategists in managing a portfolio of e-commerce brands
  • Coordinate execution across Media, Creative, Retention, CRO, Analytics, Amazon, and other delivery teams
  • Build client meeting agendas, capture action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects moving forward
  • Monitor account performance and identify trends, risks, or opportunities that require attention
  • Prepare reporting, organize insights, and support strategic planning discussions
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, project plans, and client records
  • Support client onboarding and help deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively work with internal teams to resolve them

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, e-commerce, project coordination, or an agency environment
  • Education or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on commitments
  • A genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and client strategy

The Ideal Candidate

You enjoy bringing structure to complexity.

You naturally stay one step ahead, keeping projects organized, following through on commitments, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You ask thoughtful questions, take ownership of your work, and look for ways to make the people around you more effective.

Most importantly, you're excited to build a long-term career in e-commerce strategy and are eager to learn from experienced Strategists while developing into one yourself.
