This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple teams to drive project success and deliver effective software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment. - Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable code following best practices in SAP ABAP. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external systems. - Competence in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues in SAP landscapes.
