Responsibilities

As an Associate Computer Operator, you will be responsible for: Monitoring computer systems, networks, and applications to ensure continuous operation and identify potential issues. Executing scheduled batch jobs, data backups, and system processes accurately and on time. Responding to system alerts, error messages, and operational incidents, performing initial troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams. Maintaining detailed operational logs and documentation of system activities, incidents, and resolutions. Adhering strictly to operational procedures, security protocols, and data integrity standards. Collaborating effectively with other IT teams and internal stakeholders to support system maintenance and problem resolution. Participating in on-call rotations and providing after-hours support during peak times, including end-of-month/quarter/year, as required to meet business needs. Demonstrating a commitment to quality by following relevant procedures and paying attention to detail in all tasks. Education

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred). Mandatory Skills: Basic understanding of IT operations and computer systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including shifts, overtime, and weekends, and participate in on-call rotations. with system monitoring tools. Familiarity with data backup and recovery processes. Basic knowledge of network concepts. Proficiency in documenting operational procedures.
