Location: Letterkenny (Hybrid 2-3 days In Office) What to Expect Do you bring structure to complexity? Prudential is advancing its enterprise Technology Lifecycle Management, Technology Asset Management, and Configuration Management capabilities to improve transparency, compliance, and operational resilience across the technology environment. Reporting to the Vice President, the Director, Technology Asset Management & Governance will lead enterprise-wide governance for hardware asset management, software asset management, CMDB data quality, and technology lifecycle controls. This leader will partner across Technology, Finance, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to establish standards, strengthen accountability, and enable measurable risk reduction. What you will do: Governance & Strategy Lead the enterprise strategy and governance framework for Technology Lifecycle Management, Technology Asset Management and Configuration Management. Establish and ensure global adoption of defined standards, policies, controls, and operating model expectations to drive consistent lifecycle management and data quality. Define clear ownership, accountability, and governance routines to strengthen enterprise alignment and execution. Risk, Compliance & Data Quality Ensure technology asset and configuration data is accurate, complete, and usable for risk, regulatory, audit, operational, and financial reporting. Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit to support regulatory expectations, audit readiness, and remediation of control gaps. Define and monitor KPIs, KRIs, and data quality metrics related to asset compliance, lifecycle health, risk exposure, and remediation progress. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Lead vendor and managed service relationships aligned to asset governance outcomes. Communicate asset risks, trends, insights, and required actions to senior leadership and governance forums. Champion continuous improvement and drive global adoption. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience

in Technology Lifecycle Management or related governance disciplines. Proven ability to build and operate enterprise governance frameworks, standards, and controls. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights, actions, and measurable outcomes. Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues into clear recommendations. Ability to build strong partnerships across functions and influence outcomes in a complex enterprise environment. What Will Set You Apart

Experience

with ServiceNow Asset Management or CMDB. ITIL certification, IAITAM certification, or related governance/risk certification. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and control expectations such as SOX, NYDFS, NIST, or similar standards.

Experience
