The objective of the job is to provide technical support on products, processes, design and quality measures of power semiconductor devices from development to mass production About the job: New Product Introduction: Work with R&D, Quality, Program and Operations teams to transfer mature products or bring up new products from design and development to mass production Yield Management and Improvement: Monitor product yield and identify root cause of yield losses using statistical tools, evaluations and DOE’s. Implement and monitor corrective actions to improve yield, quality and efficiency Quality and Customer support: Support investigation and, data analysis of production failures, customer returns and rel monitoring. Work with cross-functional team to perform RCA Cost Optimization: Identify and drive cost savings initiatives by optimizing yield, final test, and assembly processes Systems Product Set-up: Create SAP, MES, SCADA, SPC, SYL SBL and PAT set-up of product under scope Final Test Solution: Support test platform identification, software and hardware development, bench validation and test plan generation Provide supervisory and technical guidance to product engineers and product technicians About you: Graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical and other engineering fields 5+ years of related work experience in an Semiconductor / automotive manufacturing company Product and Test engineering knowledge preferred Back-end Assembly and Test manufacturing knowledge preferred Well-versed in data analysis using statistical tools and software like Minitab Excellent written and verbal communication skills Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage #LF_FE1 At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
