Our employees represent a wide range of educational backgrounds, work experience and nationalities - most important to us are your skills. You must thrive in a fast paced, fast changing and dynamic environment and be a true team player. We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in a global setting and involving some leadership exposure. Multinational corporate or consultancy experience will be especially noted. You have a relevant education, a flair for people, a positive mindset, and the personal presence to engage credibly with senior stakeholders across the business. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of business strategy and real estate expertise – able to translate the needs of the business into sound, data-driven recommendations, and equally comfortable pushing back when the data points in a different direction. You bring the commercial acumen to hold your own in a room with leadership, and the analytical rigor to back it up. You challenge the status quo constructively, take ownership without being asked, and bring a level of attention and curiosity that makes people around you better, whilst taking an active and leading part in the execution needed. Beyond delivery, you have an eye for where the category can grow – actively looking for opportunities to expand CREM’s mandate, deepen its relevance to the business, and position real estate as a strategic input to decisions rather than a downstream consequence of them. We have high ambitions for this role. If you are looking for a position where you will work on consequential decisions and engage with senior leadership across every corner of the globe, please do not hesitate to apply – we guarantee excitement, challenges, great colleagues, and a unique global opportunity in a company that has the privilege of enabling global trade.
