Experience
Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences for the financial services industry. You will lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and discovery through high-fidelity design and engineering hand-off, while driving the evolution and governance of our Design System to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products. What You Will Get To Do: Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and user research through wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and engineering hand-off. Translate business and user requirements into intuitive user experiences using personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture. Conduct user research and usability testing, using insights to validate and continuously improve the user experience. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs. Build, maintain, and document a scalable design system and reusable component library to ensure consistency across products. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, communicating design decisions and leading design walkthroughs to gain alignment before development. Estimate design effort, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions. Champion accessibility, usability, and UX best practices, working with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately. What You Will Bring: Required Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Service Design, Graphic Design, Software Engineering, Behavioural Science, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, contributing to the successful delivery of enterprise web and/or software applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating your direct contributions to enterprise software or other complex digital products. Proficiency in Figma and other UX design tools. Deep understanding of UX and human-centred design principles, including user research, usability testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and design documentation.
Experience
establishing and maintaining design systems and design standards. Ability to communicate complex concepts through UX artefacts, including user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, presentations, and design documentation. Ability to produce clear design specifications and collaborate with software development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Desired Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards. Understanding of modern front-end technologies and their impact on UI implementation.
Experience
designing digital products within the financial services industry.
Experience
using AI-assisted design tools such as Claude and Figma Design Agent.
Experience
