Job Title Product Manager IGT-S Job Description Product Manager IGT-S As Product Manager, you will support product planning, development, and lifecycle management activities while applying strong AI expertise to enhance customer insight generation, requirements development, data-driven decision-making, and product management practices. You will work in a global, multidisciplinary environment within Philips Healthcare, helping to deliver innovative solutions that create value for customers and patients. Your Role: As Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer, market, and business needs into product requirements and roadmap recommendations. A strong background in Artificial Intelligence is essential, as you will be expected to leverage AI technologies and AI-driven approaches to improve product management effectiveness, uncover actionable insights, streamline decision-making, and drive innovation across all phases of product development and lifecycle management. Support product roadmap development, business case creation, and PDLM planning activities using customer, market, and data-driven insights, including AI-enabled analysis tools. Contribute to product development and PDLM activities from concept through launch, sustaining engineering, and lifecycle management while leveraging AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency and decision-making. Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer, clinical, market, and field insights into actionable product requirements using modern analytics and AI-assisted tools. Work closely with R&D, Architecture, Clinical, Service, RA, Quality, and commercial teams to deliver successful products and support PDLM execution. Support product lifecycle activities, including feature enhancements, compatibility management, obsolescence planning, and customer-driven improvements. Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, product quality, and business performance to identify improvement opportunities. Drive data-informed decision-making using modern analytics, AI-powered insights, and digital tools. Leverage AI technologies and productivity tools to improve product discovery, customer insight generation, requirements definition, evidence generation, and overall product management effectiveness. Evaluate emerging technology trends, including AI, to identify opportunities to enhance products, workflows, and customer value. Influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to support product objectives and business priorities. You are a part of Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-S) is a global leader in image-guided solutions that enable minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment across multiple clinical domains. The IGT-S organization is responsible for the global marketing, development, and manufacturing of innovative systems, software, and services that help clinicians perform complex procedures with greater precision, efficiency, and confidence. You will be part of the Product Management team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer, clinical, and business needs into successful products and solutions. The team is responsible for driving product innovation, supporting new product development, and managing products throughout their lifecycle. As part of Philips Healthcare, you will contribute to meaningful innovations that improve patient outcomes and enhance the experience of both clinicians and patients. This position is based in Bangalore and reports to the Director of Product Management. You are fit if: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related leadership roles in a technology-driven environment.

Experience

in healthcare technology, medical devices, or regulated industries is preferred. Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, including practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-assisted product development, and AI-driven business processes.
