As a Community and Project Specialist II/III, you will serve as the face of Williams to advance community outreach strategies and relationships. You'll execute innovative solutions to sophisticated problems, while collaborating with a wide range of internal teams and community leaders to achieve company goals and objectives. Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to independently initiate and execute projects, and a strong understanding of business commitments and customer requirements. Responsibilities/Expectations: Collaborates with project teams to support decision-making, identify emerging issues, and mitigate risks Establishes and nurtures relationships with internal and local stakeholders to ensure all project phases are delivered timely and consistently Represents the company at public forums and local outreach events Guides the efficiency and effectiveness of local and public outreach efforts Interacts with third party firms to assist in local outreach and other engagements Other duties as assigned Level III Education/Years of
