Qualifications
What You Will Do In This Role: Complete assigned tasks in a specific area, retrieve items needed from the inventory, check that they are in good condition, wrap them securely, and pack them for shipping. Be personable, eloquent, and have the ability to work well with other employees and management. Work with strong attention to detail and high motivation for completing tasks accurately and timely. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Enforce company policies, operating procedures, and health and safety requirements. Provide outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and completing assigned work promptly. Assist in another area of the warehouse as needed to complete other duties as assigned by supervisors. What We Are Looking For: A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required. At least one (1) year of warehouse experience is required. Be flexible to work vital overtime as the need arises. Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate items. Requires the ability to lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. Number verification and accuracy are required for all orders Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow Dematic policies and procedures.
