Job Description Visa is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Global Finance Shared Services (“GFSS”) team of Billing & Pricing (collectively “Global Revenue Operations”) in the Bengaluru office. Global Revenue Operations is responsible for managing revenue activities in Visa. This includes: Working with multiple stakeholders to optimize pricing and product implementations and changes. Reviewing contracts to assess Visa’s contractual pricing obligations. Managing pricing setups, billing, and the related accounts receivable and accounting Analyzing revenue, fee drivers, client-reported data, and other related metrics to identify revenue opportunities and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of reported data. Identifying and working on opportunities to streamline, align and/ or automate revenue processes. This role reports to the Global Revenue Operations Finance Manager in the Bengaluru office. What a Senior Financial Analyst – Global Revenue Operations does at Visa: This role is responsible for all aspects of the clients’ billing and accounting activities, ensuring timeliness, accuracy of inputs/outputs relating to member billing and GOC activities. This hands-on role requires good accounting and finance background, data management/ queries skills and taking a solutions-oriented approach. The role may include: Review newly approved Rack rate Pricing proposals Log and maintain approvals in the database. Analyze newly executed proposals to assess appropriate billing and accounting implications Prepare complex pricing adjustment calculations (both accrual and cash basis) Provide guidance to the Billing team on appropriate billing system changes Support Account Executives, Pricing Strategy and the Deal team on ad-hoc data analysis and requests Develop in-depth knowledge of Visa core billing and reporting systems Develop new and maintain existing financial models to monitor revenue and pricing compliance on a monthly or quarterly basis Handle queries related to billing Review and approve complex journal entries and communicate complex business issues to the team or stakeholders
Experience
in general accounting, flux analysis, reconciliations, manual journal entries and analytical research of accounting issues Perform ongoing reviews of revenue operations’ process and controls to mitigate the risks of potential errors. Contribute to continuous enhancements to increase value add and process simplifications Establish and maintains relationships across a broad base of stakeholders, specifically regional teams and serves as a key point of contact for Rev Ops issues Support ad-hoc analysis and projects, as needed. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

7 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 6 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 6 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) A qualified CPA equivalent or master’s degree in accounting/ finance with 6+ years of relevant experience. Good working knowledge of English Challenge the status quo, be curious and bold to advocate for changes that bring value and eliminate manual tasks. Detail-oriented with proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision Team oriented, collaborative, motivated, adaptable and flexible Ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel modules (e.g., Power Query) and Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
