Must have skills : Python (Programming Language) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for a Technical Lead with 6–10 years of software development experience and strong expertise in Python, Generative AI and Agentic AI. The role will provide hands-on technical leadership for designing and delivering production-ready AI solutions, while guiding developers on architecture, implementation, engineering practices and AI technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead the technical design and development of GenAI/Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, agentic workflows, orchestration, LLM integrations, APIs and enterprise integrations. 2. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide the development team through implementation. 3. Provide hands-on technical guidance, conduct design and code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure quality, security, scalability, performance and maintainability. 4. Mentor developers and drive adoption of coding standards, reusable components, testing, observability, Responsible AI and modern GenAI/Agentic AI practices. Professional & Technical Skills 1. Strong proficiency in Python with experience developing scalable, maintainable and production-ready applications, including REST APIs, software architecture, design patterns, testing, debugging and performance optimization. 2. Strong practical experience with GenAI/LLM application development, prompt engineering, context management, model selection, tokens, embeddings, tool/function calling and LLM integrations. 3. Hands-on experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents or equivalent. 4. Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and knowledge retrieval, with experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise applications, databases and external tools. Additional Information: 1. Exposure to MCP, multi-agent architectures, cloud GenAI services such as Amazon Bedrock/OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI, AI evaluation, guardrails, Responsible AI and AI security is preferred. 2. Experience with vector databases, Docker/Kubernetes, serverless/cloud deployment, observability and production support is desirable. 3.
