Your Role: HR Leader (Manufacturing) As HR Leader, you will be part of a complex global matrix structure to deliver Elanco’s people strategy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for stabilizing the workforce, fostering engagement, and navigating the complexities of a unionized, blue-collar, shift-pattern environment. Your
Responsibilities
Support the reintegration of the site into Elanco’s global HR framework, ensuring alignment of policies, procedures, and benefits. Lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience while leveraging wider Elanco resources for talent development. Build meaningful relationships with union stakeholders (Unite and Usdaw) and manage negotiations effectively. Transition HR services to global service centers and support the integration of Workday from legacy systems. Drive efficiencies through multiskilling programs and optimize workforce costs while maintaining high engagement and productivity. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience
