As a Workshop Trades Assistant & Storeperson, you will actively support branch operations through the accurate checking, packing, and dispatch of all sales orders. You will coordinate with the Fabrication Supervisor and workshop staff to assist with quality assurance and testing of relevant hose assemblies. You will also support workshop and site-service activities, help maintain quality standards, ensure time deliveries, and contribute to the company's reputation through prompt and courteous service. Eligible for 1 Good to Give Leave Day per calendar year in addition to normal leave entitlements to participate in volunteering activities What does your day look like: Organise, pick, charge, and dispatch daily orders with correct documentation Inspect and test hose assemblies in line with QA and ISO procedures Complete quality assurance checks prior to dispatch Coordinate freight bookings and communicate consignment details to clients Assist site services teams with onsite customer requirements (local and interstate, including outside normal hours where required) Maintain high warehouse presentation standards Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently Who are you?
