Job Description โข Accountable for project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/ raid logs โข Communicates project portfolio updates regularly to all stakeholders across all levels of our organization โข Identify project impediments and address including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed โข Ability to assess, analyze, and resolve issues, and distill that complexity into simple communication โข Utilize Jira, Confluence, Clarizen, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office, as your toolset to stay organized and up to date on your initiatives โข Coordinate planning and delivery efforts across various technology, vendor and Infrastructure teams โข Support Business Leaders to scope and structure new projects/programs โข Develop project plans and timelines for cloud computing initiatives; โข Coordinate project resources and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met; โข Manage project budgets and resources effectively; โข Monitor and report on project progress to senior management; โข Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively; โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud projects with business objectives; โข Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing to drive continuous improvement.
