What you will be doing: As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, service appointments, equipment installations, and ongoing customer support. Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through exceptional service and communication Coordinating and scheduling service appointments for our field technicians Managing customer enquiries and service requests from initial contact through to resolution Monitoring service jobs to ensure customers receive timely updates and support Processing orders, quotations, returns, and service-related documentation accurately and efficiently Managing parts availability, stock allocation, and repair exchanges to support service delivery Collaborating closely with Service, Sales, Logistics, and Technical teams to achieve the best customer outcomes Proactively identifying issues, managing expectations, and finding solutions before problems escalate Maintaining accurate information across multiple systems while ensuring attention to detail at all times You will thrive in this role if you are: A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions rather than simply processing tasks Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Resilient and able to remain calm and professional when priorities shift or challenges arise Confident managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously An excellent communicator who can build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders Proactive and accountable, taking ownership from start to finish Adaptable and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity Customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to service excellence Skills & Experience We are interested in your capability and mindset more than your industry experience. You will ideally have experience in: Customer service, service coordination, scheduling, administration, or customer support roles Managing multiple priorities within a fast paced environment Working with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes CRM, ERP, or Service Management systems experience Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience within the dental or healthcare industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
