Job Description: ¡En dentsu estamos en búsqueda de un Social Media Analyst / Community Manager en Medellín! Apoyar la gestión, análisis y optimización de la presencia digital de la marca en redes sociales, construyendo comunidades activas y alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio, mediante la creación de contenido, la interacción con la audiencia y el análisis de métricas de desempeño. Responsabilidades Planificar, crear y publicar contenido para redes sociales Gestionar la comunidad digital: responder mensajes, comentarios y menciones de manera oportuna y alineada al tono de la marca. Monitorear la reputación online y detectar oportunidades o riesgos de comunicación. Analizar métricas de desempeño (alcance, engagement, crecimiento, conversiones). Elaborar reportes periódicos con insights y recomendaciones de mejora. Optimizar estrategias de contenido basadas en datos y tendencias digitales. Identificar tendencias, formatos y oportunidades de crecimiento en redes sociales. Requisitos Formación en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Periodismo o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en gestión de redes sociales. Conocimiento de plataformas de análisis (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Metricool u otras). Excelente redacción y ortografía. Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados. Conocimiento de tendencias digitales y comportamiento de audiencias.
