Global Packs, including the brands Kipling, Eastpak and Jansport is looking for a Product Integrity Assistant for a 6 months temporary contract. You will join the Product Integrity team based in Antwerp, Belgium. At Product Integrity we act in service to our global businesses to help them to create a sustainable and competitive advantage. This by helping to streamline processes, meet legal requirements, maximizing consumer satisfaction and minimizing product failure cost and their impact on the planet. Let’s Talk about the Role As Product Integrity Assistant within the Product Integrity team you strongly support or steer the processes and information flows which should help to bring goods in the market which line up with brand expectations and other applicable product laws or special customer requirements. As a Product Integrity Assistant you also support the Packs Warranty organization especially for Dutch speaking customers. You will: Support all product labelling initiatives & data to make sure they meet global and regional requirements and legal/governmental obligations. For this you work closely with brand teams (marketing & merchandizing), Asia Product Supply and Global Product Stewardship. Maintain Brand Packaging & Labelling Guidelines Manuals and use them to advice brand teams. Review Line List to avoid conflicts when it comes to material content or packaging. Support certification processes for export/import into specific distributor markets (ex. UAE) or key accounts (ex. QVC) Support Product Stewardship to initiate REACH screening and size impact in case of chemical product failure. Support data collection for Sustainable and Responsible brand requirements; like Wordly_Brand Retail Module, UK Packaging Waste, Polieco PE import, Ecologic Registration France and others. Work with Legal & IP Protection to make authentication reports in case of legal dispute Give support to Warranty by building monthly report and support BENE contacts for key accounts and end-consumers. Skills for Success Minimal experience in project management - preferably in the fashion and accessory industry Solid skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and optional Power BI and Powerpoint. Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of French is an advantage. Team player but can also work independent at the same time and 100% service minded.
