Reporting to the Director, Customer Supply Chain and Operations, the Customer Replenishment Manager leads replenishment strategy for key retail accounts to improve product availability, inventory flow, service performance, and customer scorecard results. This role partners with customer replenishment teams and internal Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams to align forecasts, manage risks, reduce deductions/fines, and support profitable growth.
Responsibilities
Lead customer replenishment planning across base business, promotions, seasonal events, innovation launches, item transitions, and forecast exceptions. Partner with external customer teams and internal Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance to align demand, supply, service priorities, and risk mitigation plans. Monitor and improve KPIs including fill rate, on-time delivery, in-stock performance, forecast accuracy, inventory health, order cuts, deductions/fines, and customer scorecards. Analyze POS trends, customer forecasts, shipment history, inventory positions, and supply constraints to identify risks, root causes, and corrective actions. Lead customer and internal business reviews with concise insights, action plans, owners, timelines, and expected business impact. Use customer portals, ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and replenishment tools to improve reporting visibility, automate manual work, and strengthen planning discipline. Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve service, reduce manual touches, optimize inventory productivity, and improve customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in CPG, retail supply chain, replenishment, demand planning, customer supply chain, inventory management, or a related field.
Experience
supporting major retail, with a strong understanding of retail replenishment, forecast alignment, order management, customer compliance, supplier scorecards, inventory optimization, and cost-to-serve. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret POS data, forecasts, shipment trends, inventory positions, service gaps, and financial impacts. Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, Cognos, ERP systems, customer portals, and replenishment tools such as SAP, Retail Link, or equivalent platforms. Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline; APICS/ASCM, CPFR, or CSCP certification is an asset. Rewards Package The standard hiring range for this role is $100,000-$125,000 CAD per annum with a 15% performance-based bonus. The final agreement upon salary may vary based on market location and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
