We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Compensation & Analytics to join our Global Sales & Marketing Solutions (GSMS) Finance team. Reporting to the GSMS Finance Manager, this role serves as a strategic partner to Finance and Sales leadership, supporting the design, governance, analysis, and optimization of Broadridge’s global sales compensation programs. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance professional who can connect sales strategy, financial planning, and data analytics to improve performance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end sales compensation processes, including plan design support, modeling, commission calculations, accruals, payroll submission, and governance Translate data from ICM, Salesforce, and financial systems into actionable insights that support revenue growth and business decision-making Partner with Sales, GSMS, Product, and FP&A leadership to connect compensation design, performance metrics, and financial outcomes Support frameworks that measure total cost of sales, including commissions, quotas, and incentive structures, to improve investment efficiency Provide reporting and forecasting for variable compensation and sales performance across monthly, quarterly, and multi-year planning horizons Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities to increase accuracy, scalability, and speed while reducing manual effort Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to help leadership address risks, improve performance, and support long-term strategy Required
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales operations, FP&A, or related roles with direct exposure to sales compensation, incentive design, or ICM systems
Experience
supporting sales and go-to-market organizations Strong understanding of financial statements and how compensation decisions impact P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Experience
