Work-Life Balance: Call is 0-2/ month, 5-8 weekends per year, & 1 holiday per year max. Team Environment: Operate within a CRNA-led team utilizing a collaborative care model. Clinical Scope: Provide anesthesia services for adult patients in both elective and emergency surgical settings. What You’ll Do: As a CRNA in our team, you'll enjoy a collegial, low-turnover anesthesia team with 4 physicians and 13 CRNAs where you will enjoy a collaborative care environment, autonomy in your practice, and a medically supportive anesthesia team—all while living in a vibrant, affordable community.
Responsibilities
include: Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and developing individualized anesthesia care plans. Administering anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings. Monitoring patient status throughout the perioperative period. Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and procedural staff. Participating in post-anesthesia evaluations and patient recovery planning. Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation. Supporting Advocate Health's commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care. The clinician functions under the regulatory mandate from their respective licensing organization with departmental specific credentialing from the institution. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED License/Registration/Certification Required: Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA). Active DEA registration prior to hire Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire
