This position reports to: D2C Crisis Response Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role you will be responsible to drive the implementation and adoption of IS Crisis Management Practice across the organization, including BAIS and deliver improved Process maturity and assuring Organization from improved efficiency of dealing with Crisis scenarios. The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid This role is contributing to the Core IS and all BAIS Globally. Main stakeholders are Core IS groups and BAIS. You will be mainly accountable for: Implement Crisis management and improve Process maturity and adoption Maintain/develop/improve/ build awareness and understanding of ABB Core IS Crisis Management Framework Implement/maintain Crisis Management tool Maintain Crisis Management Handbook Support Crisis Management during crisis events, collects input for the design and improvement of a process Cooperate and align with Group Crisis Management Process Owner Selection, nomination & regularly refresh trainings of people for the core Crisis Management team Plan and perform exercises / drills with the core CMT members at quarterly intervals Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
