Responsibilities
Support implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Support Head of Quality Management / Quality Manager during certification body, surveillance, and client audits. Coordinate internal audits, corrective actions, compliance monitoring, and IMS documentation control. Perform Quality Control Coordinator / Document Controller activities for Quality department records and documentation in projects. Support departmental administrative activities, reporting, KPI tracking, and management review inputs. Maintain proactive coordination with internal stakeholders and project stakeholders on quality matters. Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and quality documentation using MS Office Suite and Power BI.
Qualifications
& Skills: Bachelor’s degree in science / Diploma in Engineering, or related discipline. Certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 (Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor preferred). Strong knowledge of IMS standards, documentation control, and audit processes. Proficient in MS Office Suite and Power BI. Strong communication and written skills, coordination, and organizational skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in multicultural project environments.
