Job Details: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for various functions efficiently while also providing accounting support to the Plant Controller. These responsibilities could include payroll, time & attendance. Additionally, you may oversee employee supply processes and assist in various plant management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Time and Attendance: Assist plant supervision with daily and weekly time and attendance activities using Time and Attendance and SAP Payroll. Monitor plant time analytics in Time and Attendance, ensuring adherence to corporate policies. Provide training to new supervisors on payroll processes as necessary. Address Team Members' payroll questions and concerns promptly and effectively. Complete AskHR/Box Office tickets as required. Additional

Perform miscellaneous tasks such as records retention and supporting HR with plant activities. Undertake other duties and projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS:
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience
3+ years office experience required; 3+ years payroll experience preferred. Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System as well as Microsoft Office & Excel, SAP Preferred. Communication Skills: Requires written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of management. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others.
