Job Title MR Clinical Application Specialist 80% (all genders) Job Description MR Clinical Application Specialist 80% (all genders) As a Clinical Application Specialist MR in Switzerland, you will support the MR business in an 80% capacity. Working closely with clinical teams, the sales organization, and customers, you will drive solution adoption, strengthen our market position, and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the region. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a growing team, helping to shape best practices and support the continued expansion of our MR business. Your role: Deliver training, educational resources, and user support to help healthcare professionals effectively utilize Philips' MR solutions Support the adaptation of clinical applications to customer workflows and operational requirements, helping to optimize efficiency and clinical outcomes Provide clinical and technical assistance during system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects, working closely with experienced colleagues and customers Build collaborative relationships with radiologists, radiographers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to support successful customer outcomes Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records to support project delivery, regulatory compliance, and quality standards Gather customer feedback and clinical insights to support continuous improvement initiatives and future product enhancements Collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing, Product Management, and Clinical Education teams across Europe to deliver a positive customer experience Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development by exchanging best practices and learning from experienced colleagues You should bring the following: Completed vocational training as a Radiographer, Medical Radiology Technologist (MTR/MTRA), Radiologiefachperson HF, or an equivalent medical imaging qualification Minimum 3 years of experience in MRI imaging, clinical applications, customer training, or a related diagnostic imaging environment Strong MRI clinical knowledge and understanding of radiology workflows and patient care practices Experience providing user training, customer education, clinical support, or mentoring colleagues in a healthcare setting Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and support workflow optimization A customer-focused mindset and passion for improving patient care through innovative healthcare technology Fluency in English and French; German is considered an advantage Willingness to travel within Switzerland Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The annual base salary range for this role is CHF 70.000,00 – CHF 110.000,00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
