Job Title Assembler 2 Job Description Assembler 2 Responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under direct supervision. Your role: Communicated production issues and process disruptions to leadership, enabling timely resolution and minimizing operational downtime. Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow continuity. Operated manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely in accordance with established procedures, supporting efficient and compliant production processes. Maintained a strong focus on product integrity and workplace safety. Set up and adjusted equipment based on precise manufacturing requirements, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with quality standards. Monitored equipment functionality to sustain production efficiency. Inspected output for defects and executed appropriate actions, including scrap or rework, to uphold quality expectations. Maintained accurate production records and utilized basic computer systems for documentation while adhering to safety and environmental standards. You're the right fit if: High School Diploma or vocational training required; no prior experience necessary, making the role accessible for entry-level candidates. No certifications are required for this position. No preferred education, experience, or certifications specified, indicating flexibility in candidate background and openness to train on the job. Emphasis is placed on foundational capabilities and learning potential. Demonstrated knowledge or interest in Environmental Health and Safety principles and core manufacturing practices. Applies basic digital literacy to support production tasks and documentation. Skilled or familiar with machine operations, equipment setup, and precision machining practices. Supports quality monitoring and recordkeeping to ensure compliance with production and operational standards. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Reedsville Pa is $17 to $21.83 an hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
