Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: Mandarin-English) (Remote)

Our client operates in the Insurance industry.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle inbound and outbound insurance-related calls
- Assist customers with payments, renewals, and quoting support
- Communicate with Mandarin Chinese-speaking customers
- Use VOIP and Google Meet for customer calls
- Perform basic administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and Monday.com
Qualifications:
โข Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
โข 3โ5 years of customer service experience
โข Experience handling insurance-related customer calls
โข Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
โข Familiarity with Monday.com
โข Comfortable using VOIP and Google Meet
Technical Requirements:
โข USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
โข Working Webcam
โข Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
โข Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
โข Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
